Orders are typically processed within 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and weekends. Please allow 1-5 business days for shipping, depending on the selected shipping method.

Standard Ground Shipping

Next-Day Shipping
- Next-Day Shipping is a flat-rate fee of $19.68.
- Next-Day shipping orders are delivered within 1-2 business days from the shipping date.

FPO, APO, DPO U.S. TERRITORIES SHIPPING
Delivery to P.O. Boxes may take up to 14 business days.
Delivery to APO/FPO/DPO and U.S. Territories* may take up to 21 business days.
Some locations in Alaska and Hawaii may take up to 14 business days.
Shipments to P.O. Boxes, FPO, APO, DPO, and U.S. Territories will be delivered via USPS.
*Next-Day Shipping Service is not available for orders being shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses, U.S. Territories, and some locations in Alaska and Hawaii.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At present, we only deliver packages to Canada.
All orders in Canada are charged $21.59, the delivery takes 3-5 business days via DHL Express Worldwide.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
For all orders over $300, we might need your signature for delivery. Please be sure to use an actual address where someone will be available during the day to sign for the package.
A note about USPS Packages: If you track a USPS package and it shows no movement, rest assured that your package has been sent out. USPS sometimes does not scan packages until they arrive at their final destination.
